About the job
You’ll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects.
What are you going to do?
- Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Configure and monitor our resources
- Support IT projects, including migrations and upgrades
- Maintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standards
What do you bring?
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks
- Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Driving license
