As a Consultant for MS Dynamics, you will be responsible for providing user support, enhancing functionality, and creating instructions. By combining strong technical and interpersonal skills, you will enable users to effectively utilize Dynamics AX. You will collaborate with international teams and report to the Business Consultant Team Lead.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide support on daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 across all disciplines, with a focus on Finance and/or WMS processes,
• Identify potential process improvement areas based on end user feedback and carry out functional design for change requests,
• Maintain documentation of any changes made to the setup,
• Develop and provide work instructions for end users,
• Uphold a high-quality level in all tasks performed.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Minimum of three years of solid experience as a Finance/WMS Consultant in ERP implementation projects or on a helpdesk, preferably at a Dynamics AX partner or at an End User,
• Proficiency in Dynamics AX Finance modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting or WMS Modules.
• Understanding of Security setup in AX is a plus,
• Experience with Power BI for financial reporting is advantageous,
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken is a must. Advanced skills in another language are a plus.
